Finley's First Week

Well, we've been home for a week now and everything has been great! Finley has turned out to be a great sleeper waking up only once in the middle of the night to feed! YAY! We went to the doctor on Monday and she had already gained 6oz since we left the hospital. Kesslyn has been Mommy's wonderful helper getting diapers and wipes for Finley.

Kesslyn loves being a big sister!

We are so excited that Finley is here! We arrived at the hospital around 8:30pm on Tuesday night and she was born at 3:52am. Everything went exceptionally well as far as birth and labor and we couldn't feel more blessed! We came home yesterday afternoon (Thursday) and are enjoying every minute, Kesslyn is loving the fact that she has a little sister now. She woke up this morning asking where she was and wanted to give her good morning kisses. She is going to be the best little helper!!

Still Waiting...

Still no baby yet, I'm hoping to go into labor any minute!!! We're about as ready as we can be...bags packed and everything!

Andrew and I did get to have a wonderful dinner at The Broadmoor this weekend to celebrate our 4th Wedding Anniversary, thank you Mom & Dad for watching Kesslyn for us! We walked around the lake and remembered how much fun we had there 4 years ago!

Countdown!!

Well, I'm going to give this blogging thing a try....I figured it would be a good way to update everyone as our lives will be changing very quickly!

With 10 days until my due date, we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new baby girl! Kesslyn is very excited to have a baby sister (that might all change when she realizes she's here forever) and we took her for a tour of the "hosipal" as Kesslyn calls it a few weeks ago. Kesslyn arrived a week early, so I wake up every morning hoping that "today will be the day" as I get more uncomfortable by the minute! We are so excited and feel so blessed to welcome our new little girl!
